The Four Gestures Project intends for its public materials to be understandable and usable by clinicians, researchers, people with neurological injuries, advocates, and supporters with varied access needs.

Current design commitments

The site uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, readable type sizes, high-contrast text, reduced-motion support, and a mobile-first layout.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is part of the research design rather than a final compliance step. Feedback on language, fatigue burden, cognitive load, motor access, screen-reader use, and form usability is welcomed through the project contact form once activated.
