This website is being built to publish an experimental open-source research framework and connect potential collaborators.

Information you choose to submit

Email signup and contact submissions will be processed by the external services identified on the relevant form. Do not submit patient names, medical records, protected health information, or information requiring a clinical response.

Clinical information

The website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, screening, treatment, emergency support, or a clinician–patient relationship.

Analytics

The launch version does not require advertising trackers. Any future analytics should be limited to basic site performance and aggregate usage.

Updates

This policy will be revised before forms are publicly activated and whenever project data practices materially change.
